All experiences levels welcome. The teaching portion of each session will be recorded and shared for those who cannot attend live. Personal sharing of dreams will remain private for those in the group.

Join us this fall, as we explore the language of the unconscious through our dreams and connect with their wisdom through the body, mind, and soul. During our weekly sessions, we will learn to integrate messages from our dreams by engaging with ritual practices, experience the transformative nature of the unconscious through symbol, metaphor, and image, and share and uplift our unique voices in a collaborative community of like-minded dreamers.

Working with dreams is an ancient practice, allowing direct access to our inner lives and authentic nature. Dreams tell the story of our personal and collective mythology and lead us to an understanding of how to achieve wholeness. Dream tending opens us to messages from the unconscious, which plays a vital and multifaceted role in our lives, influencing our thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and overall well-being. Content is welcome from both sleeping and waking dream states.

On a practical level, dreams often present us with challenges and conflicts that reflect real-life issues. By tending these images and integrating their teachings into waking life, we can develop new perspectives to support healing, growth, and transformation. Dreams can also provide exploration of spiritual and philosophical aspects of life and offer guidance on existential questions or curiosity about life’s purpose.

In this workshop, we will explore dream perspectives from Jungian psychology and experiential embodied practices. We will let the fertile soil of each other's dreaming bring us closer to our greatest potential. The workshop is co-facilitated by depth psychotherapists Gabriella D’Urso MA, AMFT and Pam Soffer MA, AMFT.
